Stress

Everybody is stressed at one point in their lives. This week i had to rush everything and had no time to blog. To avoid being stressed you have to get organized. Clean your house or clean your work space and organize it. Now if you're organized you reduce stress. Once you have organized your work you have to do it. If something is due on Monday and today is Friday people tend to rush Sunday night. However to eliminate that stress get it done and lounge around for the rest of your weekend. If you find none of this helps reduce your stress then you need to find what is causing it and figure a way around the problem. Oh and put a smile on your face too =)

Effort and Belief!

Nothing can be solved without effort. Effort is what most people try to avoid. If they believe it will take to much effort then they usually just give in. The more effort you put into something the better it comes out. However if you put a lot of effort into what you want but you don't believe that you will get what you want you never will get it. Belief and Effort are equally balanced when it comes to setting a goal. The moment you think the goal is impossible to reach is the moment that the goal is impossible. If you sit around thinking and believing you will get something but you don't put any effort into getting it, well you can just about give in because it won't happen. If you want 1,000,000 dollars then write a bunch of zero's on a dollar bill keep it with you and put a lot of effort into earning or receiving that money. When the right amount of effort and belief is put into your goal then you're on the right track to complete that goal.

Goals? Easy? I don't think so.

Goals are hard to set for everyone, and it take a lot of work until you reach those goals. Many minds have tried to tell us how to reach the goals easily. However they all discover to reach a goal not only do you need to be a good worker but, you need many traits to help you succeed. enthusiasm, confidence, effort, awareness, resourcefulness, leadership, initiative, perseverance, creativity, diligence, integrity, ambition, optimism, dependability, self-respect, determination, enterprise, motivation, self-discipline, hope, courage, attitude, boldness, courtesy, I can go on and on about what you need to set a goal and reach that goal. Unfortunately I would lose you in the list of words. The real question is do you face the challenges and venture, or do you stick with what you got and stay there for life? If you break your challenge down it to smaller more manageable steps you'll find yourself on top. After awhile 9/10 people drop out because it was too much to manage, that one person however finds himself/herself at the top and they taste VICTORY! Sticks and stones may break my bones but your words will never hurt me, such a simple sentence but not very accurate, out of those 9 people who dropped out of their goals only turned away because others were teasing about the goal they wanted to reach. If you ignore the words it still hurts but, you will be able to prove them wrong when you win. This is why goals are so hard to reach.

Go for it!

Too many times people look for something they're good at. However, while they look at stuff they're good at, they miss the things they like. For example, if you like skiing and you're not good at it, you won't get better without practice. People who don't practice don't get better. It will soon turn into a "Oh I'll do it later" or "Oh this, oh that," but they will never do it. The answer is to get that goal reached. Try it, or don't. It's as simple as that. You want to run a marathon in every country, then by all means do it. Practice makes perfect. So, until you're satisfied, heck, even when you're satisfied, practice, practice, practice! Mia Hamm, Derek Jeeter, Hope Solo, Abby Wambach didn't just acquire their skills with a snap of their fingers, they practiced until perfect. All the people I listed practiced, even when they were perfect. The only way to get something you want is to work for it!

The simple way

If you watch the news you know the economy is failing. Well one problem is if people don't like their job they do work poorly and end up hurting themselves and others. If parents would just let kids follow their dreams of exploring and discovering, things would move more smoothly in the near future. Parents who deprive kids of making mistakes are hurting the future of our world. The kids deprived will end up in gangs, will ignore their parents, they will be the next road blocks, the problems. So your kid changes what he/she wants everyday then show them something a city, a job, a college they might go to. Listen the point is if you don't let your kid make mistakes in the future you won't be able to protect them. The best thing a parent can do is prepare them, let them fall, let them rise, let them enjoy themselves. Most people look at this and say WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU SAYING THAT COSTS MONEY!!!!! I agree it does cost money but drive them to a new town let them blog and explore the world through technology. We should let them learn through what we have achieved make them 21st century learners.

A great human once said "What you believe you can Achieve," and I believe the time for change is now! Make our future a brighter one they future is in your hands throw it away or grasp it.
